Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:
Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once an order has been cut and prepared for shipping it cannot be returned. All Sales Final

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of order or receipt of invoice. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once they have been confirmed.

EXPEDITED ORDERS:
Rush ordering is available for an additional cost subject to the classification category. Our expedited order time is 2-4 weeks for production of wall coverings.

DESIGNS: All designs within the collections are the sole propriety of Brenda Houston Designs in accordance with the United States Copyright Laws.
